4 for 3… how does it work?

From time to time, Mobile Tyre Shop, together with the big brands of the tyre industry offers customers 4 tyres for the price of 3. When we do, the applicable products will usually display a 4 for 3 roundel with the text ‘4 for price of 3’.

The image above shows that this tyre is available from $258 each. Select the item to see details of the price per tyre:

In this example it shows that the price when you buy 3 is $344 per tyre, which comes up to a total of $1032 (ie $344 x 3 =$1032), hence the price for 4 tyres is lower, at $258 per tyre, costing you the same $1032 that you would have paid for 3 tyres. (ie $258 x 4 =$1032).

The price is adjusted per individual tyre on all 4 for 3 deals to ensure that you get your 4th eligible tyre free, along with free fitting and balancing.

When 4 tyres are selected, the special price is on the left below the red text, at $258 each which totals $1032, the equivalent price as purchasing 3 at $344 is shown below:

Should you select 3 as the quantity, a small checkbox will be shown on the left side of the total price asking if you would like to ‘Add 4th Tyre Free’.
