Product Warranty

All Mobile Tyre Shop tyres come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We defer any other warranties to the warranties provided by the tyre manufacturer of the tyre.

If you choose to change the size of a tyre from the manufacturer’s recommendation, this can alter its legality, therefore it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact relevant road and traffic authorities prior to any modifications being done to see if they are permitted. Mobile Tyre Shop is not liable for any legal issues that may arise from the purchase and fitment of tyres.

Damaged, Incorrect and Faulty Products

If you receive a tyre that you believe is damaged or faulty please contact us.

If the issue is our fault (e.g. wrong item sent, damaged during fitting), we will resolve it with no questions asked and at no cost to you. Our priority is your safety, and we aim to rectify any dispatch or fitting errors immediately.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect size, we offer a flexible return policy subject to the conditions below.

Return Window: 90 Days

You may return eligible products within 90 days of purchase.

Condition of Goods: Unfitted & Unused

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be new, unopened (where applicable), and in original condition. Tyres must be unfitted. Returns are only accepted for tyres that have NOT been fitted to a wheel rim. Once a tyre is fitted, even if it has not been driven on, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned under this policy.

Return Fees

• Defective / Our Fault: FREE. We will replace the item or refund you in full.
• Change of Mind / Exchanges: $69.00 Callout Return Fee. If you are returning “new” products due to a change of mind or incorrect order, a $69.00 fee applies. This covers the logistics cost for our van to come to your location and pick up the tyres.

Exchanges (Wrong Size / Product)

Ordered the incorrect size or tyre pattern? We are happy to exchange them for the correct product. As with standard returns, the tyres must be unfitted, new, and unused.

Return Method: We Come to You

We do not require you to take tyres to a post office or depot. We will pick up the tyres from a pre-selected location of your choice (e.g. your home, driveway, or workplace) within our coverage area.
