I have my own tyres. Can Mobile Tyre Shop come and fit them?

We often get asked; I already have a set of tyres. Can Mobile Tyre Shop come and fit them?
Absolutely we can. The service is known in the industry as ‘Strip ‘n Fit’ – Remove the current tyre from the wheel and replace it with another you have.
The cost of this service is $75 per tyre with a minimum of $145 per job. This includes;
- Removing the current wheels and tyres from your vehicle,
- Removing (or stripping) the tyres from those wheels,
- Installing your replacement roadworthy tyres to your rims with new valves, and
- Balance each of them with the latest European technology with new weights,
- Installing the wheels with the replacement tyres back on to the vehicle, and
- Taking away the old tyres for recycling.
If you would like to book this service, feel free to reach out to one of our Tyre Specialists. Please let our team know at time of booking if for any reason you are changing the size of the tyre. We may need to provide additional instructions to our Tyre Technician.
Please also be aware that if the tyres you want fitted are currently on other wheels, these would also be additional ‘Strips’ for which you will need to allow $25 each.
